Amazon has multiple categories, which confuses the user and makes them overwhelmed with a lot of choices.
During the onboarding process, Amazon asks for the email and other details, which is great for making the registration faster, but it lacks asking the user what they prefer.
The home screen contains multiple sections and panels that are crammed with each other, leaving no breathing space.
Showing so many details that are of no personal interest can overwhelm the user.
The Solution :
MyInt. app tackles this issue head-on by putting user interests front and centre.
